We are expanding our commercial engine and looking for a head of growth that brings better care to more patients. 

Your role


What You Will Build & Own

The Head of Growth owns the full commercial funnel at Ovom — from first digital touchpoint to signed treatment contract. As Ovom scales across geographies, you will build the playbook that makes this engine exportable to every new clinic we open.
  • Conversion Infrastructure: Architect the psychological and technical patient journey, optimizing website CTAs, frictionless intake flows, email nurturing sequences, and contract closing.
  • CRM Command (HubSpot): Turn HubSpot into your commercial source of truth to track pipeline, automate workflows, and measure unit economics.
  • Paid Acquisition & SEO: Direct our external marketing agencies, holding them accountable to CPA, lead quality, and bottom-line performance.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage, coach, and define KPIs for the Care Coordinator team
  • Organic & Partnership Growth: Identify and build high-intent acquisition funnels and strategic partnerships entirely outside of the Meta/Google ecosystem.
  • Geographic Scaling Playbook: Document our successful acquisition tactics into a watertight growth engine playbook to launch and scale Ovom clinics across new markets.

Your profile

A perfect fit looks like this:

  • 5+ years in B2C Growth or Commercial Leadership: Ideally in Fertility. If not in healthtech or medtech. You are a full-funnel operator, not just a top-of-funnel brand marketer.
  • High-Ticket Conversion Experience: You have built engines that sell high-consideration, high-price-point services (€5k+). You understand the psychology of a complex, emotional purchase.
  • B2C Sales Leadership: You have experience managing, coaching, and setting KPIs for a quota-carrying sales or admissions team.
  • Commercial & Analytical Rigor: You are highly comfortable with unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and building complex pricing architectures.
  • System & Agency Mastery: Hands-on expertise building out CRMs (HubSpot) as a single source of truth, plus a strong track record of holding paid/SEO agencies accountable to performance.
  • Regulatory Comfort: You know how to maneuver and market aggressively while staying strictly within GDPR and EU health data constraints.
  • Linguistic Agility: Fluent English required. Working proficiency in German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a massive advantage for our geographic expansion.
