We are growing fast and we are looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of the action. You will be the person who becomes the very first contact for many patients and the one who helps them take the first real step in their journey.

Your role

As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will be the bridge between interest and action.
You will connect with people who already want to know more about us, help them understand who we are and how we can help, and guide them towards their next step. That next step might be booking their treatment or arranging a meeting with our team.

You will make sure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported. Sometimes that means answering a simple question. Sometimes it is reassuring them they are in the right place. And often, it is giving them the little push they need to move forward.

What You Will Do

  • Be the friendly and informed first contact for new patients via phone, WhatsApp, and social media

  • Understand their needs, explain our approach, and help them take the next step

  • Follow up with people who have shown interest but have not yet moved forward, keeping conversations warm and active

  • Reconnect with past patients to see if the timing is now right for them

  • Work closely with our sales and medical teams to ensure a seamless experience for every patient

Your profile

What We Are Looking For

  • Native Portuguese and professional English (spoken and written)

  • Strong people skills: you know how to listen, explain, and build trust quickly

  • Organised and proactive, with the drive to move things forward

  • Comfortable with structured follow-ups, while always keeping it human

  • Experience in sales, customer care, or patient coordination is a plus, especially in healthcare or wellness
